The Thrive Foundation recently completed several impactful community programs, thanks to funding from our Nurturing Equity Program grant. In July, we welcomed Kardie Tobb, DO, MS, FACC, to the Cone Health Foundation Board of Directors. Dr Tobb is the Medical Director and founder of the Cone Health Heart and Vascular Cardio-Obstetrics/Women’s Heart Health program.

Tamica Hughes, a successful cosmetologist and salon co-owner, always had a dream of supporting young mothers to help them better navigate their journeys. Hughes decided to “birth” Level Up Parenting in 2019 to provide this type of support for young mothers in Greensboro.
